One of the founders responsible for this social landscape is Duncan F. An architect so to speak, whose work as a DJ, Performer & Promoter was the pediment of what today stands as an institution.

Over the years, Duncan F played, performed and organised events in over 20 cities. Now settled in Malta, his stimulation is generated by his events management company "Guru Events", a transformational music and arts festival he organises in Malta called "The Bubble" and 2 extraordinary festival ACTS titled "Anunaki" and "Maya" under the stage name Duncan Elf.
